Available Shipping Options
We offer several shipping methods within Canada only, allowing you to choose the option that best fits your needs:

Tracked Bubble Mailer – Includes a tracking number for smaller orders.

Tracked Package – Full parcel service with tracking and delivery confirmation.
Order Processing Time
We strive to process and prepare all orders quickly, typically within 24 hours of purchase. However, the actual shipment date may vary depending on carrier pickup schedules or unforeseen delays. Once your order is picked up by the carrier, you will receive a notification if a tracking number applies to your selected shipping method.
Responsibility and Liability
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier (e.g., Canada Post, UPS, etc.), we are no longer responsible for any loss, delay, or damage that may occur during transit.

Untracked shipments are sent entirely at the customer’s risk. We cannot provide any additional information, support, or compensation if such an order goes missing or is delayed.

Tracked shipments include a tracking number, which allows both you and us to follow the package’s progress.
Missing Shipments
We can assist you in investigating a missing shipment only if a tracking number was provided for your order. However, please note that even for tracked packages, our responsibility ends once the shipment leaves our hands. Any delivery issues must be resolved directly with the shipping carrier using the tracking information provided.
