General Questions
What is the rewards program?
Our loyalty program lets you earn points for every dollar you spend. The more you shop, the more points and exclusive perks you unlock!
How do I join?
If you have an account with us, you’re automatically enrolled. Your account must be linked to an email. For in-store purchases, simply provide your email at checkout so we can credit your points. It is your responsibility to do so.
Does it cost anything to join?
Not at all—it’s completely free! Just create an account and start earning.
Earning Points
How do I earn points?
You earn a set number of points per dollar spent, depending on your tier. The base rate is 2 points per dollar. You can also collect points through special activities and in-store achievements.
Do all purchases earn points?
Yes, except for transactions made with store credit.
When are points added to my account?
Points are awarded once your order is completed. For in-store purchases, don’t forget to provide your email so we can link the purchase to your account.
Do points ever expire?
No—your points never expire!
Redeeming Rewards
How do I redeem my points?
You can redeem points directly on your loyalty program page on our website. Some rewards are available exclusively in-store.
What can I redeem points for?
Points can be exchanged for booster packs, accessories, discounts, and other special in-store rewards.
Can I combine rewards with discounts or promotions?
No, rewards cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
Can I transfer or share my rewards?
No, rewards are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder.
Tiers
How do tiers work?
Tiers are based on your total spending (online and in-store) since the program began. You can track your progress through your loyalty page on our website.
What are the benefits of higher tiers?
Higher tiers increase the number of points you earn per dollar spent and may also unlock exclusive rewards.
Do I lose my tier if I stop spending?
No. Your tier status is permanent. However, we may add new tiers in the future.

How do tiers work?
You can view your points anytime on our website or ask a staff member in-store.
What if my points aren’t showing up?
Reach out to us via Messenger or email, and we’ll help resolve the issue.
Orders & Returns
Do I earn points on shipping or taxes?
No, points are earned only on product purchases.
What happens if I return an item I earned points on?
Your points balance will be adjusted accordingly.
Program Rules
Can the program change or end?
Yes. The program may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice, at the company’s discretion.
What happens if the program is misused?
We reserve the right to suspend or remove any account found to be engaging in fraudulent or abusive activity.
